Bookmarks toolbar is not there after newest update!

Bookmarks toolbar is not working anymore. I can still access my bookmarks,just the toolbar won't show up even after checking and unchecking "view bookmarks toolbar".

Ok I figured it out. My browser made a full screen mode to be the default after the update, and for some reason bookmarks toolbar does not show up in full screen mode. So when got out of full screen the toolbar showed up.

Ok I figured it out. My browser made a full screen mode to be the default after the update, and for some reason bookmarks toolbar does not show up in full screen mode. So when got out of full screen the toolbar showed up.
