Cisco router password
When saving passwords for Cisco routers (some at least) Firefox saves some long string instead of the password.
Any way to decrypt that in order to retrieve the password?

If password encryption is enabled on your Cisco router, there is no way to retrieve your password. This is a security feature enforced by the router.
Sorry for any inconvenience. If you require further assistance, please contact Cisco.
Do you mean the password as stored in the logins.json file or the password that you see in the Password Manager?
Data stored in logins.json is encrypted with a key stored in key3.db and can only be displayed in the Firefox Password Manager.
I see,
The strange part is it wont pre-fill the username and password for me to even login. Any way to force it?
I think that Cisco also disables username and password autofilling. Again, this is for security purposes. Unfortunately, there isn't really a way to force Firefox to autofill these fields because it is set by the developer.
Sorry about that.
Firefox won't auto-fill saved form data automatically when autocomplete="off" is used. Start typing the name to get a drop-down list.
