How to repair incorrect password message?
I am virtually locked out of my computer with wrong password message. I am then informed that a temporary reset password email has been sent to my email address. but it never comes in. I can think of no way to repair this. I have already uninstalled and re-installed the Thunderbird 38.6.0 version download but nothing changes. I have also done a restore computer but nothing has changed. Help?
