turned my pc on tried to open firefox browser would only give me the option to reset /create a new or old profile ( i have no idea why ) anyway long story short i want my bookmarks back and i cant install then i followed the instruction and it dosent work i so mad

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?
