How to auto clear cached values if java script changes?

more options

My requirement is that ,on client end whenever I deploy js/css changes, I want to auto clear the cached values.

I know we can do it using refresh or clearing cache but is there any way we can auto clear when ever js/css changes.

Thanks in advance
