I've gotten an e-mail (on Thunderbird) that's obviously SPAM but it contained MY OWN e-mail address. I can't block it or I'd block myself. What can I do?

Got an e-mail from a 'get out of debt free' that was from MY OWN e-mail address. Can't block it as I would be blocking myself but wondering what I can do to report this abuse of my e-mail address!!

I suggest you get over it. Spammers almost always use real addresses of real people in the from part of their emails. You next event will be the non delivery notices for all the other emails that folk bounced because it was spam. Expect many thousands of them in the next week of so. see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backscatter_(email)
