When trying to send letter to the Whitehouse, a message appeared saying Firefox crashed. I think I filled in all needed info in box for crash report, but have received no answer now over an hour later. My letter still shows in Firefox tab "Submit Your Message," but nothing happens when I click "Send." I'm able to open new Firefox tab without problem, but can I still send the letter in Submit Your Message tab?

Crash reports go to the Mozilla servers for the programmers to look at. They seldom get back to anyone.

However, we can check those reports and try to help you fix the issue.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
