New Foxfire locks up MS Windows 10 - uses 3982 MB as shown in task manager. Why?
When the new version of Foxfire installed it showed promise as the task manager in windows 10 showed it to be using less resources than Edge or Iexplorer. That did not last long. Computer began to get slow as molasses and at times lock up. Checking the task manager showed not only each of the browser windows resource usage, but there was an instance of Foxfire calling on 3982 MBs of memory and cpu at 99%. Have since uninstalled the browser and the problem has gone away. I thought this was an improvement over all other browsers. Could have only hoped it was true, since IE is such a hog on system resources.
