You are asking people to support Mozilla Firefox by joining and donating but when you indicate to me how to use it to install it and what you say doesn't coincide with what you have on your page, it is frustrating to say the least. In your instructions it says clearly to Go to Menu, press Help, but, alas, there is no Help on the Menu! I think I will uninstall Firefox and go back to what I had before. Your technical support doesn't help me at all. Why don't you change your program to avoid these problems?

Hi Peter.ayres567,

May I first ask why you are using an older Firefox version  ? The latest version is 59.0.2 ......

But wanting to update is maybe (part of) the reason why you need to find the 'Help' button ....... (?)

In Firefox's menu the 'Help' button is at the bottom of the menu, next to a question mark in a circle.

You could also press the Alt key on your keyboard, which will bring up the menu bar (upper left) and there you will see 'Help' as well.

Does this help  ?
