Hi, please reread how to send a crash report.
With out the report we can try things but could go on a long time.
So please try again or get someone to help you send the reports.
Did you submit a crash report to Mozilla?
You can open the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page and look for the "Crash Reports for the Last 3 Days" section just below the first "Application Basics" section. There is also an "All Crash Reports" link that opens the special about:crashes page.
Crash reports that have been submitted have "bp-" prefix.
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
If a line on the about:crashes page doesn't start with "bp-" then you can click the line to submit the report and the link will be updated and gets a "bp-" prefix if the report is submitted successfully.
- please do not add the "bp-" prefix yourself
