not recieving email on cox account
I have been recieving emails on thunderbird from my cox.net account but all of a sudden am not getting emails.. My IMAP is correct as are my other settings. i keep getting crash allerts saying Mozilla and Thunderbird have crashed.

In Thunderbird
- 'Help' > 'Troubleshooting Information'
- Do Not select to include account names
- click on 'Copy text to clipboard' button
- In this forum question, right click on a 'Post a reply' text box and select 'Paste'
- you can edit/Remove all info on fonts and printers' but do not edit anything else.
