Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open the Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)
On the left side of the page, select Plugins. Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Go to the web page. Once the page is loading, mouse to the address bar and Left-click the icon. Select Permissions. In the menu, Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow.
Nothing happened after going to about:addons. shows two plugins for cisco and widevine.
You will have to download those plugins separately.

And then download the version matching your Browser version and then restart the browser to get it working. By default ff doesn't have those installed as those aren't part of of ff itself. Those are user installed to use.
Downloaded both files. When watch live is clicked cursor spins and reverts to watch live screen. Reset page no help.
You ran the installers with all browsers closed, yes?
Hello Curt1947,
Please download Adobe Flash from the official Adobe page as mentioned in this article :
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-flash-plugin-view-videos-animations-games
Note : some extras may be offered in the download - please, ignore them.
Started working after uninstall and reinstall. Thanks

Why suggest to download from a random unofficial download site instead of from Adobe?. https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
Btw the Shockwave (for director) Player is a completely different Plugin from Flash Player (old name Shockwave Flash). It also is not used much now days apart from some games or learning software and only runs in IE now. Also the only NPAPI Plugin allowed to run in Firefox since the Fx 52.0 Release is Flash anyways.
NPAPI Plugins are or were never installed in Firefox but are installed on the OS whether on Window, Mac or Linux. Typing about:plugins in the Location (address) bar will show you where the Flash Plugin that Firefox is making use of is on system.

It was a reply to WestEnd, not to you.

I was pointing out that I already mentioned the importance of downloading from the official Adobe site .....
