Each time I activate Hide.Me I have to select the hide me web sign and sign on. Yet my home screen shows Hide Me up and nrunning. The tabs in FireFox to not in

I am using Hide Me to surf the internet. On my home screen before i activate Fire Fox Browser The Hide Me Page shows it is active. When I click my browser I have to go to the Hide Me page and re-select and sign into hide me to get to work with Fire Fox, What am I doing wrong?
