Bluescreen when firefox was updating and know it won't work, what can I do?
Hello,
My screen crashed when Firefox was updating, after that it stop working. I tried to reinstall it but it keep giving a error so I decided to uninstall it. But now it still doesn't install. It only gives a error saying that for some reason Firefox wasn't able to install. I have deleted all of Mozilla files including the temp file but it still won't work. Can anyone help me fix this problem?

were you using the full installer from Mozilla?
Many have reported issues using the 64bit Firefox. Install the 32bit version from; Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Just before your response I tried the 32bit version and it worked. Tried to fix the problem for so long and it was so simple to fix. Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.

There are no real issues using the Win64 version and especially not in causing blue screens or such however.
A coincidence or a underlying issue that has nothing to do with the Firefox web browser.
Nobody has actually confirmed that Win64 Firefox indeed causes issues since it has existed for Releases of Fx 42.0
Also a application like Firefox has never been confirmed as a actual cause of bluescreens for anyone on Windows. However something like a driver (Nvidia and AMD display drivers have certainly cause Bluscreens a lot over years), run level software, PSU issues or RAM issues and right conditions under load are examples of what may trigger the bluescreens. Some may find it more reproducible while some things like Firefox, games and other applications are running. People may just assume it was Firefox because it was running when bluescreen occurred.
The 32-bit version working is not proof, just that whatever was triggering the bluescreens is not getting triggered at moment.
Still think Firefox is a cause for bluescreens?

The bluescrean was caused by a amd driver that wasn't supposed to be on the computer in the first place. I have already fixed the problem. Firefox got caught in the confusion exactly when it was updating and after that I wasn't able to use it. But the 64bit worked fine. Thanks for your responses. Appreciate it.
That was very good work. Well done. Please flag your last post as Solved Problem so others will know.
