Download errors and submitting information

more options

I keep getting download errors in Firefox. Firefox will not download the selected file. When I use another browser the download works flawlessly.

Also, I am having problems with form submissions. After completing online forms and submitting them, the information entered mysteriously disappears and I have to redo the form again. This is very frustrating. When I use another browser I have no problems with forms.

Both of these problems occur when I am using the Fiverr.com website.

Any help out there?

Firefox may not be able to download files if there is a problem with the folder in which downloaded files are saved:

  • Click the 3 horizontal line top right on browser screen and select Options.
  • Select the General panel.
  • Find the Downloads section under Files and Applications.
  • Click the Browse button next to the Save files to entry.
  • Choose a different download folder for saving files.

i hope resolved your problem then reply back to me.

Thank you and regards,

Hi Kimosh, could you describe what happens here in more detail:

I keep getting download errors in Firefox. Firefox will not download the selected file.

Does Firefox display an error before the download starts, or does it show an error on the download arrow and when you click the arrow button and use the retry button for that download, it doesn't work?

Thanks.

By the way, a recently added filter prevents posting a period with characters on both sides so you may need to put a space after each . in your reply.
