Since 10/1/20 TB update, Account Settings is small and it is coming up with 2 of my 3 emails all the same
I am on Windows 10, and the 10/1/20 TB update removed many items from the Account Setting menu. It is very small, only showing account actions. I don't see where the previous options went, like where someone could change the servers or other items, if needed. That's not my problem now, but could be in the future. My problem is that the update changed all 3 of my different emails set up in TB to be the same. Each one was a different email address before the upgrade. I can't find anywhere to change the 2 emails back to their correct email addresses. It isn't in Account Settings or Options. None of the Account Actions drop down works to change the email. The wrong email shows on the left and on the right box in blue is the correct email that I cannot select. Selecting Edit, Properties gives me the same Account Settings tiny box. I have a lot of important emails saved in these two accounts, and am unable to receive any incoming emails since the email address is incorrect. All 3 emails are used for different things. Please help me. Thank you so much! Toni

You mention an update. What version of Thunderbird were you using prior to update and what version are you using now? It does not look like the most recent versions eg: 78*, so would not expect the logging on issue to have anything to do with minimum TLS settings.
I believe this is now all under the 'spectrum' settings.
POP - columbus.rr.com Server name mail.twc.com ServerPort 995 Connection Security SSL/TLS Authentication Method: Normal Password Username : full email address
Are you able to logon to the webmail account for that columbus.rr.com email address using a browser ?

Can you add some screenshots with those small menus and missing and where it is disabled the editing option?
Sure. How do you do a print screen? Sorry but I'll need to know how to copy the print screen and paste it up here. Thanks so much for your help! - Toni

After that add that file (picture - PNG or JPG) here, you have below text field a browse option to add here those pictures

Thank you! Here it is.
Click and drag from the margins wouldn't resize that window? Attached from where - 1 should work but also any of the 2...
That worked so I can see it. It appears that nothing has changed, but TB is not logging into either of the other 2 emails. The one you saw there gives an error message that is doesn't have the correct password, when the setting has always been "normal password" and has never been changed. I didn't have this problem before the update came... Any tips? You have been very helpful!

I don't know what the previous version was. I'm on auto-update so I'm always on the latest one. The new version I'm on now is 68.12.1 (32-bit).
I am able to login to the columbus.rr.com address. The problem is the other two - [email1]@backyardhabitat.info and [email2]@backyardhabitat.info.
You're right. No, I can't sign in through my browser. This is a very odd coincidence. Ack! This is really bad.
You've been very helpful. Thank you! Toni
