Driving me crazy - Firefox keeps putting my bookmarks toolbar in alphabetical order!!!!

I always keep my Bookmarks Toolbar in the order that I like them - NOT alphabetically. Lately though Firefox keeps putting them in alphabetical order and I HATE IT!! I keep them "grouped" by type and what I use most. Why is this suddenly happening??? Thank you for any help!

Normally, Firefox sticks with the original order. There is a Sort by Name option on the context menu (if you right-click a bookmark folder), but it's definitely not automatic.

Do you use Firefox Sync? I wonder whether there is some kind of glitch arising from that.

Otherwise, do you use any bookmark-related add-ons?
