Hi, I am 81 years old and I am trying to download Firefox on my Chrome
I can't seem to get Chrome to download all the way. It downloads, and then it goes to download manager, but I don't know what to do from that point. I have tried to double click on that file, but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong. Can someone help me?

hello dmdirtman,
the issue you have may not be a problem created by the browser, but rather a problem the browser is experiencing from your operating system.
if you are using fire fox to download applications, like chrome, then there is a folder on your hard drive called "downloads".
To open Fire Fox's Downloads library, which will give you more options, press keys Ctrl+J.
Also, here is some more info on Downloads:

Additionally, try using the windows internet explorer and see if you get better results.
