All messages disappear when imap authentication fails

Hello. I am using thunderbird to access an old backup of my gmail email account. When I open thunderbird the first time the messages are there. But when I close it and reopen it, all the messages disappear.

I have a secondary backup of my mail folder, when I restore the backup and open thunderbird the messages reappear, but if I close and reopen they disappear.

Hola Si tienes conexión de internet y la cuenta se conecta correctamente (lo que debería ser así) puedes ver los correos que necesitas? Como accedes a los viejos correos del gmail normalmente? Saludos
