Sending emails
I am unable to send emails out from two of my sub-domains.
When I try to send an email from Malcolm D. Dickin (General) or Malcolm D. Dickin (Railways) I receive the following message:- “An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Authentication required for RFC4409/MSA access.. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.”
The account settings are all correct so why is this happening ad how can I overcome it?
Malcolm D. Dickin.

Hello there M D .Dickin. We have read your message. We try to help you.
You have to recheck the outgoing settings for Smtp. Username is full e-mailadres. Authentication password : normal password unless you are using Oauth2. Connection security and ports also has to be correct for the server name.
Can you send me a copy of troubleshooting information under help>troubleshooting information under mail and news.accounts.
Then we can look for something that s amiss.
