Emails where? Firefox is not an email client. Do you mean Thunderbird? If you mean web mail clients, like Gmail, then simply use keyboard shortcut CTRL + and CTRL - or CTRL mouse scroll to change the zoom. CTRL 0 [zero] resets zoom to 100%.
