How to disable Firefox auto refresh

This auto refresh is the most annoying, useless thing I ever seen. I leave the browser for 2 seconds, come right back and it reloads the page wiping out all info I had just entered. It's ridiculous.

And now, the "accessibility.blockautorefresh" is not even an option to disable in the "about:config" settings.

Please tell me there's another way to disable this garbage because I love Firefox and can't use any other browser as my default. But I am slowly starting to lose interest in it due to this stupid autorefresh.

Try to disable all Android native and Samsung-specific "battery optimization" for Firefox, as documented here and here.
