I need a vcard.vcf file of my contacts (address book) in version 102 but all I can export is a ZIP file of my profile. I could always back up my profile but I need just my contacts exported. Is there a way to extract a VCF file from my profile?

Easy. Just click Tools>addressbook, highlight the addressbook in left column, rightclick and select export.
