I often use Ctrl+T to open a new tab, type in something fast, and then press Enter. I'm currently using DuckDuckGo

Though when I press Enter (and I type very fast so all of this is maybe done within a second) the last few words or characters of what I typed is lost!

So please look into this and make it so that nothing is lost, even if you input characters and press enter very quickly.

Sounds like keyboard issue or typing too fast and you need to slow down so you can read what your typing. If your using DDG as the homepage then that would seem to be a issue on their side if that is the case.

Hello NO it is not a keyboard issue! – all the letters I type appear in the url bar, but the last part is somehow not transferred to the search of DDG when I press Enter fast

I even switched to Google (from DDG) and the same thing is happening!

E.g. I type in "this is a test" + enter in the URL bar but only "this is a te" appears in the search bar of Google, as well as DuckDuckGo

I'm changing back to Brave till this is fixed... (although I prefer not to use chromium...)
