Non mi compaiono le caselle di testo

Buongiorno, da qualche giorno non mi compaiono più le caselle di testo sul software "Wodify" (programma per gestione palestre).

Nel browser Safari funziona e compaiono le caselle di testo (vedi immagine 1 allegata). Nel browser Firefox invece non compaiono (vedi immagine 2 allegata).

Come posso risolvere il problema?
