Hi, which version of Firefox has this problem?

  • Desktop: Mac, Windows, Linux
  • iOS: iPhone/iPad
  • Android

JavaScript is enabled out of the box, and there's no easy way to turn it off. However, content blocking add-ons like ad blockers, and Firefox's own Tracking Protection feature, may trigger script warnings because they block ad and tracking scripts. The site knows its script didn't run, but doesn't know why, so it's guessing you globally disabled JavaScript. That's almost always a wrong guess, but if 50% of sites tell you this, maybe there's something to it.
