How do I delete the "Latest Headlines" drop down feature??
I do not wish to read ANY news items linked to Firefox, especially the BBC feed attached to the "Latest Headlines" drop down box on my toolbar. I feel the so-called "News" is mostly fake and I do not wish to have it pollute my computer any longer.

Right-click on "Latest Headlines" and choose Delete. You can do this for any feed that you do not want.
