I have downloaded it already to my LG Optimus and the installation afterward stops while the screen says "Application not installed."

Everything worked fine up until the point that I had to install it. My network is Sprint. My Optimus is running Android. I have no idea why it's not installing because on another post this phone was listed as supported.

It depends on the version of the Optimus that you have, it can only be installed on the Optimus Z. If you have another version of the Optimus you may be able to use the experimental ARMv6 version, for details see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android#System_Requirements (note that the ARMv6 builds are broken on some devices and will not work at all)
