As an XP user I would use print screen and save to a suitable program such as the utility 'Paint' included with XPwhuch offers an option to save as .jpg.

I presume any Vista utility has an option to save as .jpg (or it could say .jpeg) I have seen an article that may relate to this http://social.technet.microsoft.com/F.../b04c7902-a6ed-4c45-96d2-bd9d4140ef16
