How can I rename a file in the "Save Dialog" before I download it?

I would like to know if there is an option that will allow me to Rename a file I am about to download on the Save Dialog instead of using whatever name the file originally has.

Example: I want to download CCleaner. The Save Dialog shows the file has the following name: "ccsetup305.exe", but I want to rename that file to something more useful before I start downloading it, something like: "CCleaner 3.05.exe"

Thank you.

Thank you for the response. I was not talking about the location where I would save the downloaded file, but the filename of the file itself and how can I change it before hitting "save".

Thank you.
