Macbook Pro. I am having to click on ALLOW on every website I open even PayPal which I go to regularly. I have unticked BLOCK PopUps in preferences. I can not find where to stop this happening

The Problem Message which appears now on every link clicked, says on the top left. "Firefox prevented this page from Automatically Redirecting to another Page"

Please how can I stop this happening?
