When in Facebook, particularly Cityville, the "gifts" page will not show any names to send to. This is also the case for asking for help

I cannot send gifts to anyone in any of my Facebook games. It gives me the area to send, but lists no names at all. I cannot play many of these games due to this problem. Just started about a week ago. When trying to upgrade, it will not allow me to ask specific friends for anything. It will sometimes let me ask on my wall.

I just updated on 8/17/11, yesterday, and suddenly I can't send any requests or gifts in Cityville and in the other games on Facebook. Plus, some of the graphics in the games get scrunched together...or on top of each other...and I have to completely close Firefox and go back on to get the graphics to sit in the right place. Firefox worked fine before I loaded the update to 6.0. I had an older 3. something version. I'm really disappointed in this new version and thinking I should delete it and reinstall the older reliable version. I have also noticed that when playing the games I get this little chart at the bottom of the screen telling me of high voltage using? This is a new computer with way more of everything than I thought I"d need, for a while anyway, so why is there so much voltage using up? I read another complaint this morning about Firefox using alot. I don't have add-on's so that shouldn't be the problem. I wish you'd get things together and make sure something works before enticing us to update and download it. You are working like Microsoft and that is why I stopped using IE. They didn't check it well enough before dumping it on us.
