your crash report say that you are using Firefox 3.6, please upgrade your browser to Firefox 9 and check

I did the upgrade, and it did not help :( any more suggestions?

The OP (suziebaker) posted the ID of an old crash report from 2011-11-24 08:00:50.932586 and is using Firefox 9.0.1 according to the system details, so a crash report may not have been send.

thanks for your reply i dont think ,my crash report did send as it just kept reapearing, i cant get online to update firefox, so what now? many thanks

I cant even get the internet on, (im currently on my boyfriends laptop) when I turn my desktop on it goes to the crash report but wont let me send it- it then just starts doing its own thing, i cant even log off i just have to turn it off, i cant click on any icons, it wont let me so i cant open firefox in safe mode....any clues?
