How do I set up automatic updates to Waterfox?

more options

When I go to Waterfox, then options, then Options, then the Update tab, all I see is Automatically update search engines - there is no option shown for actually getting updates. I have Waterfox version 14.0.1. I would like to be able to update to more current versions when they become available. How do I do that?

I haven't tried Waterfox. On their help forum, the discussion implies that you might have a separate update icon, or that you could set one up. See: http://www.overclock.net/t/1308687/waterfox-updater#post_18217940.
