Is there a place I can see how much home data usage I have per monthm and is there a limit?
On the news the other night was a report that companies are beginning to charge a fee for data use over a certain amount. I have a home computer, desktop, and wondered how much I use. I don't know where to look for this information.

I had a free utility installed on my Windows XP laptop that would track usage by program (I think) for the current day, and for previous days you could see the total traffic stretching back several weeks. Unfortunately I don't remember the name.
