I keep getting errors when I'm on wired internet

For two weeks now, my internet isn't working properly anymore. When I'm on WiFi, I don't have problems using Firefox, but when I plug in my cable for wired internet, Firefox starts to give a lot of different errors.
A couple of the errors it gives me is:
sec_error_reused_issuer_and_serial sec_error_library_failure There are more different errors, some about SSL.
Some pages load for like 20%, but most of the pages don't load at all.
I've already tried to re-install the browser, use another browser, scan for malware, but it don't really work.
I would love to hear a working solution so I can properly use FireFox again!

Oh and when I go to about:config to try and check the SSL settings I paste : security.enable
But it only finds the file security.enable_md5_signatures and not the other files which should be there.
By checking this post, I found that you use Windows 8.1. So, first you need an uninstall:
- Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
- Windows:
- C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
- Mac: Delete Firefox from the Applications folder.
- Linux: If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it - see Install Firefox on Linux. If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
- Windows:
Then download Firefox Nightly from http://nightly.mozilla.org/ Nightly is suited for Windows 8 Platform.
The problem should be solved. Note: You will need administrator permissions to perform the actions.
Unfortunately this did not solve the problem!
You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
Try to rename the cert8.db file in the Firefox profile folder to cert8.db.old or delete the cert8.db file to remove intermediate certificates that Firefox has stored.
If that helped to solve the problem then you can remove the renamed cert8.db.old file. Otherwise you can rename (or copy) the cert8.db.old file to cert8.db to restore the previous intermediate certificates. Firefox will automatically store intermediate certificates when you visit websites that send such a certificate.
If that didn't help then remove or rename secmod.db (secmod.db.old) as well.
