When i click on the icon everytime i see a window with two options either to restart firefox or quit firefox and when i click on restart firefox it again reappears and this goes on n on.....pls help

Or tell your Crash report to Mozilla https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozillacrashreporter

In the address bar, type about:crashes. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

You can try to delete the sessionstore.js file in the profile folder in case there is a problem with restoring the session.
