In what way can you not access? What error messages do you get?

I looked at Symantec's recent compatibility chart document (linked below) and it's a mixed picture. For "Enterprise Vault web applications" they support Firefox 20-27 and Chrome 25-33. But for "Enterprise Vault Office Mail App for Exchange 2013" they list only Firefox 17 and Chrome 23, both of which are about two years old. I'm sure they have their reasons for this, but unless they come to Mozilla and explain what they need to make it work in Firefox, I doubt that it will get solved on this end. Perhaps they just expect their customers to use IE on Windows and Safari on Mac for this application?

What if users use one of those add-ons that shows a different Firefox version to web sites?

Dear Team,

Thanks for the details, as we have upgrade the Firefox 34.0.5 version, still the issue is not resolved. This is to inform you that, as we are using Enterprise Vault for Outlook Web Access, same is working fine with Internet Explorer, it is not accessible from Firefox, the archived mails icon is showing "@"symbol in firefox, while opening that archive mails from Mozilla firefox it's not showing complete mail as well as the attachment file is also not open. Request you to kindly provide any Hotfix for accessing the Symantec Enterprise Vault Archive mails from Mozilla Firefox.

Kindly look into the attached snapshots for the same.

Please contact Symantec to see whether it is supposed to work in Firefox. Based on what I mentioned before, I think they do not support using the product in Firefox.

Sometimes it is possible to suggest workarounds that fix gaps in a vendor's product, but because this is a proprietary product that requires a license to use, it is unlikely that any volunteers will be able to help you with that.
