I would like to remove the Privacy function from my options as I have teenage sons whom I do want to track. The privacy one that does not track your recent activities and web sites to history. The one with the mask as the icon.

The best method is to install parental control software on your computer or your router. Even if it was possible to remove private browsing, you could just start firefox in a fresh profile, install another browser, or do other things to work around it. Parental control software on the other hand, is harder to work around, and logs every website visited. If installed on your router it will list every website visited on every computer on your network.
