I can not sign in my gmail account. Please tell me what can do ? When i am starting sign in bellow message is coming This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect securely to mail.google.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified. What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.

Is this only a problem on that site or do you encounter the same error on other Google sites or other non-Google sites? For example:

https://www.google.com/ https://accounts.google.com/ or this site

If you expand the Technical Details section of the error page, can you copy and paste the explanation there into your reply?

In looking at your plugins, I'm guessing you run a Kaspersky security suite. Is that right?

If you use the feature of Kaspersky to scan your web traffic for threats, then in order to scan secure traffic, Kaspersky has to present Firefox with a fake certificate for each website. Otherwise, it would not be able to intercept and scan the contents of pages. Firefox needs to be set up to work correctly with these certificates.

If you recent used Firefox's Refresh feature, then that would explain why Firefox is no longer set up to work with Kaspersky. However, malware is another possible reason for such errors, so we'll ask you to look at an example certificate before making recommendations.

I recently used Kaspersky. After that this problem has come. Only this site https://accounts.google.com

Technical details: mail.google.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer

Please advice me what can do

Thanks

According to help articles that really could be clearer... you can set up Firefox to work with this feature either by having Kaspersky push the certificate to Firefox or using a manual export/import procedure.

Sorry, I don't use Kaspersky so I can't describe it from personal experience.

Do either of those methods work?
