Stuck on Firefox Setup screen

I have downloaded Firefox but when I run the file I downloaded, it gets stuck on the setup screen and will not continue (it's been 10 minutes and still on that screen), the bar keeps going across and across over and over

I have Windows 8.1 (if that makes a difference)
