I do not want to use Privacy>History Bookmarks Open Tabs. I uncheck. When Firefox reboots, the checks in the boxes return. How do I keep them unchecked?

I do not want to use the bookmark, history, open tab feature under Privacy Options. I uncheck the boxes. When Firefox reboots, the boxes return as checked. How do I keep these options from being selected? Thanks.
