Rapport icon not visible in Firefox 40.0 browser bar. Unistalled Rapport, installed Rapport 3.6.1507.14; restarted Mac running OS X 10.10.4 Yosemite. Still no Rapport Icon. NB Rapport icon present in Safari 8.0.7 and Menu extras.
