Something wrong with 'upload' (sending data) from computer to internet. When i do this, sometimes it's ended with 'crash'. This 'browse' button on this page (currently I'm typing) is dead (no reaction) when clicked. People say it's cookie. After I tried to clean cookie it helps for a while, but later it failed again and again. Anyone help pls...

What Anti-Virus security software do you have?

Did you check your Anti-Virus security software to make sure that it isn't blocking the uploading?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that has effect.

No anti-virus is installed on my browser. FYI, my computer is locked using shadow defender. Cleaning cookies doesn't help. The last effort is restarting computer to get back to the previous state (as it freezed using shadow defender). It works indeed (sometime doesn't). After restarting computer, the browser works normally. but fails again after hours browsing downloading and uploading. I change the browser (to chrome), instead of restarting computer, due to abundant working files and job.
