In the last two weeks I have stopped receiving e-mails from a social group I belong to, which used to arrive on a daily basis. The organisation says they are unable to e-mail to me, possibly because their messages are being classed as spam. However, I cannot find their e-mails in my spam folder. What can I do?

The messages can be marked as spam at the server. If you on the server (in a pop3-account) selected NOT to download spam it will never reach your pc.

If you set up ( tools / options / security / junk ) to delete ...... If you set up ( tools /account settings / junk settings ) to move them somewhere else (or delete them after 1 day) Either could explain whats happened
