Can you manage saved passwords from the web (like in Chrome)?
Suppose I have an online account for a service (e.g. Twitter). I buy a new mobile phone and I install Twitter on it. I don't remember my Twitter password, so I go to passwords.google.com to view it. That's because my Twitter web login is saved in Chrome and synced on the Google account. I now remembered my password and can login into the Twitter app.
Could I do the same with Firefox Accounts?

Hi rumburake.
Currently there is no such option. The data saved and sync with your Firefox Account can be seen through any Firefox only.
Thank you Michal! Indeed - Firefox will actually show the passwords on your mobile so no need to go to a web interface! That's even better than Chrome!
However as good as the feature sounds it doesn't seem to work... I have about 250 passwords saved in my account and only 30 show in the Firefox for Android "logins" menu?

Sorry, didn't noticed your edit.
Can you try to use the search, if they appear? Or if they fill in the login form on the website, despite you don't see them in the list?
moved to the Firefox for Android queue

The passwords are not there because the sync is stopped by a parse error. I have logged this bug to describe the problem: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1240278
