why won't add-ons download

When I click Tools then click add-ons, it takes me to the add-ons manager and the download progress indicator just keeps turning but the add-ons never download. To show the problem, I took a screen shot of the add-on loading process and saved it in jpg. But that wouldn't upload to this page. The upload progress indicator just keeps spinning.

What add-on(s) are you having problems with? Are you going thru the Add-ons Manager page? Have you tried from the website page directlly?
