logging on from the same thin client to a 2008 Terminal server, some users have slow firefox performance and some do not - where should I start looking?

VMWare Server running SBS 2008 and Windows 2008 R2 Terminal Server 32Gb memory and 15 Users. Over the course of a few days after a reboot, 5 or so specific users experience slow response from firefox. The remaining users are unaffected.

Using the same thin client a different user can log on and have no problem. The previous user can move to a different thin client or return to the same one and the problem follows. The only solution is to reboot the Terminal server.

Since the problem seems connected to individual users, what steps can I take to locate what the cause is - i.e. how can I find the difference between the unaffected users and the affected ones?

Regards

Richard
