Hi, I couldn't add a screen shot because the link on this page wasn't letting me add one. But my university help desk sorted me out with the following instructions: 1) Check and adjust the Global Storage settings a) Right-click anywhere in the Instant Messaging (LIS) window. b) Select Global Settings. c) Click the Storage tab.

         d) Set it to "Allow sites to save information on this computer."
         e) Click "Delete All"
         f) Leave the "Delete All Site Data and Settings" checkbox ticked.
         g) Click "Delete Data"
          h) Close the Flash Setting Manager window

Following these instructions fixed me issue.
