In Thunderbird's calendar mode, When an entire month's view is on screen, how do I print that entire month's view?

Chosen solution

I selected Monthly Grid and that worked, but there now way to change the Layout or page setup. Also, it's very small, top half of the page (portrait).

With the month view visible I click on File > Print (or ctrl + p). A dialogue box comes up with a heading 'Print Settings' on the left. Below that is an empty field in which I can type a title for the printed document; below that is a label saying 'Layout:'. The default layout is 'list', but the drop-down menu also lets me choose 'monthly grid' or 'weekly planner'. There are also options to print events or tasks and to choose the date range to print. Don't you have any of that?
